Category: Hiking
Category: Hiking
The Asasjön loop trail - part of the Smålandsleden trail, offers a variety of views and terrain along peaceful nature. The circular trail is graded blue, so most of it is easy hiking on graveled forest roads, paths and two sections with paved roads in the north and south. The trail markings are bidirectional, so you are free to choose your direction on the hike. Two shelters for overnight stays are available at the Grönevik rest area. Tolg nature camping awaits within sight to the south. In Asa, there are both hostels and manor hotels with beds and good food. Bus stops for regional buses in Tolg facilitate sustainable transport to and from the hiking trip. As always, respect nature and wildlife - it is easy to make the right of public access!
Welcome to the opening of Asasjön loop trail Saturday, April 25th at 10:15 am at Tolgs country store. Hiking activities for several target groups are offered after the opening this spring day. Welcome outdoors!
For those with cars, Tolgs country store, Långanäs or Asa manor are good starting points for the circular route.
Regional bus 340 with stop Tolgs Affär is a sustainable way to get here.
