Stage A2 starts at the A1/A2 connecting trail to Wiredaholm and northwards stage A1 goes towards Örserum and Holavedsleden while A2 continues towards Aneby and the Stalpet waterfall to stage A3 and further east.
The hike goes along narrow country roads with varied surfaces and through the forests of Småland.
Hullaryd, which you pass, was the center of the village before the railway was built at the end of the 19th century and the village has many older houses from the 18th and 19th centuries. The grandest of them all is the courthouse from 1790, which was the district court of Norra Wedbo until 1909.
The trail also passes Stjärneborg, where Malte Liewen Stierngranat built a castle, a museum and the burial pyramid where he was laid to rest. Here there is a short detour to the burial pyramid which is an attraction.
Just before Aneby you walk along the highway and you pass Ralingsåsgården with cottages, camping and exciting activities.
Once you reach Stalpet, you will see the mighty waterfall and can have a coffee at the café that is open during the summer.
