Björkenäs – Peace and quiet among oak trees and pastures
Along stage A1 of the Anebyleden trail, the Björkenäs nature reserve is located right next to Lake Ören. Here you can easily find peace and quiet in the beautiful natural surroundings.
Björkenäs Nature Reserve offers a varied hike through open pastures, lush deciduous forest, and steep sections down to Lake Ören. Here you will find large oak trees, flower-filled fields, and a rich bird life, with the chance to see black-throated divers and ospreys over the water. The trails are well marked and take you to both viewpoints and down to the beach and swimming area.
The reserve is hilly and steep in places. There are several entrances with parking and good rest areas, such as barbecue sites, windbreaks, and outhouses.
In summer, the fields are grazed. Pleas
